As a Personal Trainer and life coach it is my job to inspire, challenge and push people to reach their own potential. Most woman truly have no idea how hard it is to achieve their weight loss or fitness goal or to string together one week to look after our selves. i guess that is where I would be meant to say well that’s were I come in!! And give you my best sales pitch. But that is not really my style. I believe I am here to educate, support and help you begin your new inspirational healthy journey.
