ECAHO Full Membership Granted to the AABC

The AABC is delighted to announce that Australia has become the 32nd country to join ECAHO - European Conference of Arab Horse Organizations as a full member following an overwhelming vote of support at the AGM in Cairo.

https://www.ecaho.org/about-ecaho/members

The AABC is extremely proud to be accepted as a full member by ECAHO, the most comprehensive governing body for Arabian horse activities internationally encompassing the largest number of countries, breeders, owners and and horses worldwide. Australia now becomes the fourth continent to join the ECAHO's global outreach, fulfilling the Coalition's mission of bringing the world closer together in our shared love, support and advancement of the Arabian horse.

We have several ECAHO-supported initiatives on the calendar for 2026 and 2027, including the Judges' & Breeders' Seminar in June in Victoria, international travel & judge advancement training in Poland and Czechia in August, and the 5th annual Australasian Arabian International Championships (AAIC) in February at Willinga Park.

We look forward to continue showcasing the best of Australia & New Zealand on the global stage, to bringing leading professionals from around the world to Australasia, and to working in partnership with the AHSA & New Zealand Arabian Horse Society to advance the Arabian horse as the breed of choice closer to home.

We thank all our friends and supporters from around the world whose contributions to the AABC continue to make all of this possible. Working together, we can ensure a better and brighter future for the Arabian breed.
