Ever heard of Monday itis?
Today is one of those days that my body does not want a bar of training..but I know if I don't push through then the whole day will be a write off for me.
What do you do on your blah days?
For me it's leg day, but instead of ditching the workout, I will lower the weights a bit, I will take my time, I will drink the water, I will take the breaks and I will push through.
Just remember, everyone has these days, it's normal ❤
