Notice of Special General Meeting

This notice is given that a Special General Meeting of the Wairoa Water Ski Club Incorporated will be held as follows:

Date: Wed 24 June 2026
Time: 7pm
Location: WWSC Clubhouse (& via Teams)

Purpose
The purpose of this Special General Meeting is to confirm the Clubhouse future due to the HBRC Flood Mitigation project.

Agenda:
1. Welcome & Apologies
2. Background & Context
3. Clubhouse Relocation Subcommittee Nominations
4. Resolution of Clubhouse Future

Members will be asked to consider and vote on the Clubhouse future based on the six options put forward.
Current financial members are able to attend and vote. Voting will be via ranked-choice.
