💙 THIS SEPTEMBER, TEAM HHF IS PUSHING FOR PROSTATE CANCER! 💙

We’ve set ourselves a BIG challenge — 4,000 push-ups between the four of us! 💪

That’s 1,000 push-ups each throughout September, all while raising money to help tackle prostate cancer and support our mates, families and communities. 💙

Prostate cancer is the most diagnosed cancer for blokes in New Zealand, and far too many families are affected by it.

Your support helps fund research into better diagnosis and treatment, provide support for men and their families, and raise awareness so more blokes know when they need to get checked. 🙏

So we’re asking our HHF community to dig deep and help us reach our $1,000 fundraising goal!

Cable Attachments 🏋️‍♀️

Not sure what to do with all those cable attachments?

The Cable machine is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in the gym, and using the right attachment can completely change the way you preform an exercise and target various muscle groups.

Ankle Strap = Glute kickbacks (Glutes)
Rope Attachment = Tricep pushdowns (Triceps)
Straight bar = Bicep curls (Bicep)
D-handle = Sing arm Row (Majority of your back muscles on same side)
D-handle pair = Chest flys (Chest)
Lat pulldown bar = Lat pulldown (Lats)
Semi wide grip bar = Lat pulldown (Lats)
V-bar = Seated row (Majority of your back muscles)

You can also check out the exercise book downstairs in our gym which shows you many many more workouts for the cable machine
