🙌 WE LEAPING MY FRIENDS 😝
Have you ever just KNOWN that it’s time to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone (even if that “comfort zone” has you stretched fu***ng thin yourself 🤪) and do the damn thing?!
When we were in Bali as part of the .club co-working/co-living founders club gathering we had a session where we just verbal diarrhoea’d all of our biz goals, the million of decisions we need to make about which avenues to pursue, and all the challenges and the feedback we got just stopped us in our tracks.
“You guys need to focus on WHO instead of HOW”
It’s one of those things that literally is so simple and obvious but we just couldn’t see the wood from the trees. We just thought we needed more time, more strategy, to work harder. But actually we just needed to find a ‘Who’ who was going to take over the parts of the business that are not our strong suit 😮💨 and are taking up a huge amount of our time 😬
I actually bloody love making content and I truly believe it’s an integral part of growing the biz buuuut I was only allocating like 2 hours a week to it because I was spending allll my “actual” work time fulfilling orders (which isn’t 💯 terrible - yay for having lots of orders 😝)
Anyhoo all of this to say - the universe be droppin’ the breadcrumbs and we are picking them up and rolling with them friends!
