This Friday night, in Christchurch
Horse & Pony friends, we would love you to join us for the NZRP AGM & to hear Helen Christie speak about her wonderful journey with the Equestrian world 🌎 🦄🙌

Our AGM is fast approaching and we are looking forward to coming together on Friday 6 June. We are fortunate to be welcoming guest speaker, Helen Christie to speak following the AGM 🌟

Helen, originally from the UK and now Piano Flat in Southland, competed at 4* eventing and started judging in the 80s, becoming an FEI Eventing Judge in the 90s and more recently an 'A' Level Dressage Judge. Helen has officiated at Championships on every Continent including several 5* Events.
Helen also has significant experience stewarding which has taken her to an impressive seven Olympic Games and several World Championships.
When home, Helen enjoys five grandchildren, is a First Responder, and sits on a number of boards and committees.

A reminder that you must be a financial member of the society to have voting rights at the AGM.

There will be a $10 attendance fee (cash at the door), many exciting raffles and supper to follow.

Congratulations to Blake & Maxwellton Secret Squirrel for taking out the Champion in the First Year Ridden at Methven A&P 2025

These 2 have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for their ridden career together. Big Smiles all round, especially from Blake!

It is lovely to see Squirrel who was bred, produced & broken in by Maxwellton Pony Stud out and about, having a fun & safe time with his best friend!

Well done to Paula Rogers and family on this purchase. 🐿️🦄

It is very exciting that ‘Jase’ as he is known at home, will be heading to the NZ Riding Pony sections next season with a NEW family and one very excited child.

To breed and show a black c**t with 4 white socks was a dream come true for mum and I. But now, it is onto the next.

We cannot wait to see him out under saddle. With his sweet personality, big trot and wonderful manners in the ring, there is exciting times ahead for all the connections.
