After bikepacking the course, we hosted a little test run with seven riders… which meant we could start from The Waimate Bakery

The sun shone, the riders rode clockwise, without a headwind, but a couple of swims in the fords on course…

The excitement grew and all of a sudden we had more than 7 people keen…

Come have some cake with us this year… we turn five.

Shake Out Ride 💥

We’re extending the Edition Zero weekend with a cruisey shake‑out ride built to stretch the legs, loosen the muscles, and share some race day stories with the crew.

All abilities and bikes welcome.

8:00am - Coffee at Waimate Velodrome
8:30am - Roll Out
9:30am - Return to The Waimate Bakery for coffee and pastries
