Waikuku Beach Paddling Pool

The Waikuku Beach Paddling Pool features a spraying whale, three floor sprays and an outdoor shower.

A mural has been painted on the western wall of the pump and filter room and visitors to the pool will have access to an outdoor fresh water shower. The season runs from Labour weekend through to Easter each year.

👕Lost Property👕

All lost property from the 2025–2026 season has now been moved to Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre.
Items include togs, towels, sandals, and other miscellaneous belongings.

This weekend is your final chance to enjoy a swim at Waikuku Paddling Pool before we close for the season.

🚪 Pool closes on Tuesday 7th April, so get in quick and make the most of it!

🐾 A Friendly Reminder 🐾

Please keep dogs outside of the fenced area.
Dogs can be sensitive to chlorinated water and may react unpredictably around little ones.

For everyone’s safety and to maintain water quality, Dogs are happiest down at the beach, outside the flagged areas.
