tago with a degree in Physiology and Anatomy and a Certificate in Sport and Exercise Science. I have a passion for the human body and how exercise effects it in many ways which is why I decided to head down to Dunedin to study. I also have a passion, love and drive for helping people which is why I decided to enroll in FitCollege and gain my Certificate in Advanced Personal Training. Once I graduate from FitCollege I believe I will be able to combine my passion for and knowledge of the human body, love of fitness and health and love of helping people all into one. Living in a rural area and fitting in time to carry out my own triathlon training, I decided to enroll in the online course at FitCollege as this would enable me to continue my current lifestyle whilst also studying toward my certificate at the same time. It also enables me to fit in running my own free bootcamps at the community gym. I believe that by participating in physical activity you are able to learn, grow and achieve things you never thought possible. I believe in physical activity and the benefits it has on the body, mind and soul. By living a balanced lifestyle which incorporates physical activity I believe you are on your way to living a healthier and happier life.
