THE ACHIEVEMENT ROOM 4 WEEK IMMUNITY CHALLENGE
Starts 25th May.
As the season starts changing towards winter, so does the increase of colds and flues, as our immunity weekends.
So we have decided to help our members, by doing a 4 week immunity challenge. Getting a cold or flu sucks, for many of us. We donβt feel fully energetic for 2-6 weeks, and it can take up to 4-6 weeks to see a doctor currently. Life becomes more challenging when you donβt feel great.
This program is your opportunity to enhance your health and strengthen your immune system through nutrition, exercise, education, and lifestyle practices.
Through this 4 weeks, we will guide you on nourishing your body, with immune supporting foods, incorporating habits, that protect you against infections. This making you more resilient and improving your health.
The goals we will be setting you is to understand, and implement the following immunity action challenges.
* Understand and implement the consumption of key micronutrients.
* Understand what macronutrients do to your immunity, and implement these macronutrients.
* How does exercise improve your immunity, and which type of exercises are best for you.
* What are the key habits, which maximise your immunity.
* How do you have a strong mindset around functional health, for a better fulfilling lifestyle.
* Whatβs our gut health got to do with our immunity, and how to improve your gut health.
