We’ve talked about training through the cycle, but what about the next phase of life?

Inspired by ROAR by Dr. Stacy Sims, menopause can also change how your body responds to training.

You may heat up faster and take longer to cool down,
so giving yourself time to gradually cool after a workout can support recovery.
Think a cool towel or some cool water immersion.

Your body may also use protein less effectively, making regular, good quality protein even more important.

Same goal, just working with your body 💙
