We have just become aware that Shane Jones will be at the Waihi Events Centre Tomorrow at 2 pm to talk about bottom trawling in fishing zones. I believe that there is a small protest organised with banners available if anyone would like to use them. To save our fisheries in our area.

Waihī RSA Women's Fishing Competition 2026 🎣

This weekend we had our Women's Fishing Competition. It was a great weekend for fishing in the harbour. Take a look at the winners and results below.
