I love flowing outdoors ~ in the mountains, at the beach, in the park.
In my opinion, moving your body in fresh air with the sun on your skin, is the best 🥰

Join me for a 60 minute gentle yoga flow in nature, focusing on movement, breath, and connection. A wonderful way to start the weekend❣️

When: Saturday, 17th January, 8am
Where: Pōhutukawa Park (see map, message me if you’re confused - it can be tricky to find)
Cost: $15 per person

Location:
Follow the path at the top of pōhutakawa park for a few minutes untill you reach the opening - a beautiful outdoor space with sounds of the moana/ocean and the ngahere/bush.
