We certify coaches in Extended DISC and Drawmetrics. As the founder and director of PROFILE Coaching Ltd, I lead a nationwide network of over 50 professional coaches across New Zealand. With more than 30 years’ experience in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development, I’m passionate about helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential. My work is grounded in deep expertise in

behavioural profiling, leadership coaching, and team dynamics. Many of you know me as Marina the face of PROFILE Coaching.

What you may not know is that I’ve also spent the last few years researching and writing my first historical fiction novel, The Golden Lotus Necklace, inspired by my own Dutch family history during WWII.

That journey has led me to create something new that combines two things I love: people and stories.

📖 Welcome to The Story Circle.

The Story Circle is a free online community where readers, authors, and curious minds come together to hear the stories behind the stories. We’ll be hosting author conversations, exploring the writing process, and discussing the themes that shape our lives, leadership, resilience, relationships, identity, and human experience.

Our first guest is Doug Gold, with several more author events already planned.

You don’t need to have read the book.
You don’t need to turn your camera on.
You don’t need to speak unless you’d like to.
