Had the pleasure of training TOP Level Japanese National KARATE champion for 2 weeks. Nanase was selected to compete in 2020 Tokyo Olympics but because of COVID was unable.
She will be competing in figure body building in August of this year in Japan. I helped her with training, diet and posing.
Awesome to have had the experience of training high level athlete in FORM gym.

fantastic result, 2nd place x2 for 1st time Body builders what a great show. High standard of competition full auditorium for morning and night show.
I would like to thank supporters for coming along to the event.
Big thanks to Miriam for posing outfits, shout out to Shannon & Phil for spray tan. Thanks to Veronica for helping out for the whole day.

Couldn’t bear
Being home any longer good to be back.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions need to book in advance all training sessions. No more than 2 persons at any time at studio.

Today marks the 2nd anniversary of my dad passing away.On reflection dad compared boxing to life,if you get knocked down get back up,go forward to face your challenges,and never give up.well dad I’m competing in the up and coming Bay of plenty body building champs sept the 18th .At the age of 62 with 2 hip replacements this one is for you mate: thanks to family,friends form gym member’s for your on going support 💪🏼🥊🏆💖
