On Saturday 2nd of Nov our community will take on a Ride - Row - Ride challenge covering 2100kms all in the name of Gumboot Friday!

All possible because of local businesses getting behind the cause & sponsoring our teams! ❤️🙌

We’re so stoked to have 5 teams participating in the Ra Hauora Cur-A-Thon event this weekend at NZCIS and we're on a mission to do one last push to raise some funds to support this amazing cause! 💪

The Unit 54 Climb For Hope!

Next Saturday our community will come together and box jump the height of Mt Everest (17,421 box jumps) to raise awareness and support for Gumboot Friday!!

Any donation, no matter how big or small will go a long way to helping us, help young New Zealanders & ensuring they have the mental health support they deserve. ❤️

SOLD! We are so excited to finally announce that we have officially sold Unit 54!

We are welcoming new owners Laura and Devon who will be taking over from this Saturday 1 July. We know that we are leaving the gym in such capable hands and cannot wait to see what Laura and Devon both have in store for Unit 54 🤩

Keep an eye out for an upcoming post from our new owners, but for now we want to thank everyone who has joined us on this journey for the past couple of years 💚

On saturday the 24th of June we came together as a community to show support to a loved member of the CrossFit community Deb McGregor.
My time in the gym was always welcomed by her warm smile and bright energy, she never let anything get her down and could always see the best in every situation. Debs would look out for everyone before herself and that just shows her loving and caring heart.

As a gym community we had the honour of Nate and the family come and do Debs 500 class workout with us, as well as and joining us in there own gyms to hit the workout. Never underestimate the family you have at your CrossFit gym, the ones that pull you up when your down and help you through tough times, keep your family close and cherish every moment

Gone but never forgotten she will be missed 🕊️
