Personal training now available in Wallaceville Estate.

I’m a fully qualified personal trainer with 8 years experience. I work with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness experiences.

What you’ll get from working with me:
Personalised, focused, FUN sessions that make it easy to keep moving forward with your goals. I have specialist training in strength and conditioning, body weight training flexibility and mobility, boxing, animal flow, and nutrition. All equipment is provided, just bring yourself!

When can I see you?
Thursdays during school hours, for 30 or 45 minute sessions.

So these last few weeks have been a hell of a challenge.
Last week I took a whole week of for mental health reasons. I didn’t listen to my body and or my brain 🧠. Future Dane was telling me something and present Dane wasn’t listening.
Then this weekend I got a cold cause I was exhausted and too tired.

Please listen to your self.
So many times and especially now in this day and age we just keep going, Right, like we are being dragged along or forced along by our job, family, friends, social norms and work colleagues or other people “doing it better than us”.

We tell ourselves we have to earn more. We have to be stronger, we have to be thinner and be more successful. A better friend, husband, wife, daughter or son.
Take time for you. To realise what’s truely important. Then take a step back. Rest. Then reproach it with a new understanding or view.

Have I mastered this? Hell to the no. I wouldn’t be writing this if I had 😂 but I’m trying. And sometimes that’s all you can do.

If we don’t listen or take a break we keep going.

Like the rabbit bunny with the Energizer battery. It just keeps going and going and going...and ah spoiler alert that Rabbit died of exhaustion. Not the smartest Rabbit 🐰 🐇 if you ask me.

🔋 or the “Just keep swimming” like Dory In finding nemo...also spoiler, probably got lost or is floating belly up.

Point is it’s great to dig deep and find your goals and keep pushing onto new heights. Just don’t forget about the most important person.

You can’t help others, family, friends and work colleagues if you don’t help yourself.

Hey everyone.

I am still trying to fill this Thursday 5:15pm Fortnightly spot.

After I promoted it I got lots of people interested but we ended up doing different times, programs and online training as it suited them better!
I Love helping people so it actually benefited lots of people.

BUT it still exists!
I even trained a few non members of Les Mills. They came in, I set them up with a program, gave advice and will continue their journey.
You can come see me twice without having a memebership. So if the time doesn’t suit but you want help. Contact me.

5:15pm. Every fortnight. Thursday.
