My classes are welcoming, accessible and full of laughter, because I believe yoga is for every body. We have a great team of Yoga/ Pilates teachers who were all trained in India and Indonesia. Our Yoga experience and training covers Hatha, Ashtanga, Flow, Iyengar, Pilates and Aerial. We are all very passionate about every side of Yoga, not just the Asana. Come and join me for this rejuvenating morning retreat. Starting with sunrise wake up yoga looking at the ocean, followed by a yoga nidra with Sound healing. We will then take a silent walk to Godley head and back for an ocean swim if you choose. Finishing the morning with a buffet breakfast from The Noursish Food Company.

My first Retreat in Bali at Amori Villa's Ubud. My dream has always been to teach yoga in Asia and what an amazing and spiritual experience it has been. Thank you so much to all the staff who made this experience so easy for me. But a massive thanks to all the beautiful people that came on my retreat, If it wasn't for you non of this would have been possible. LOVE YOU ALL ###

Im away in Bali for our Yoga retreat, so there will be minimum classes on for the next few weeks. The good news is the fabulous Jessie Lynch and Sophie Walton will be covering some of my classes.
