the heart and soul of the Stars 🥹

After 8 years in purple, we’re SO proud of Mila as she takes on her next challenge 🚀 Mila embodies everything our franchise stands for - she leads with mana, care and authenticity and brings an energy like no other to every room she steps into 💜

There’s no one quite like Mila, always a Star ✨

Exciting adventure ahead for Cob 🫡

Bringing the energy on and off the court, it’s been a privilege to have Claire represent the Stars whānau 💜

“Thank you so much to the Stars whanau for your support in season 2026. To do what we love everyday with such a connected group was such a privilege to be apart of. This team and franchise will always have a special place in my heart.”

our gal Meels is off on her next adventure 🥹

“Leaving the Stars is something I never imagined I’d be saying so soon!

Coming home and playing alongside such an incredible group of players and coaches, and being part of a club so deeply connected to its community, has meant more to me than I can put into words.

It’s time for a new challenge, and to continue to learn and grow. It’s not a goodbye, hopefully a see you later”
