Hi team, I know a lot of people are in isolation either due to family or have been hit themselves with the naughty bug as my daughter calls it.
I’ve done this little session up so everyone can do it that doesn’t have any equipment, or even if you do can add to the workout and make it your own.
Download if you don’t already have a Tabata timer app I use the blue box one with a timer in middle.
You can run the programme how ever you like 3-4 rounds of 20sec on 10 off 3-4 sets to make the workout short or long as you like.
Have fun with it and feel free to tag friends in to get them challenging themselves or you.
