A couple of tweaks to the club website happening at the moment.

Jos is hammering some html and java into gaps in the pages, shifting a couple of troublesome JPEGs to a quieter spot and making sure it's all not too heavy.

It should all be back up and running by Monday, we'll keep you posted.

We have almost finished building our new booking system and that will slot into its own easy access location on the site. It's lighter, easier to work with, and even better, it's much cheaper to operate.

All with the same functionality of our current system.

Looking forward to a great season in 2026!

A snap decision at working bee saw one of the dining tables come to Auckland for a facelift.

Peter Thornley did the less appealing job of removing the old varnish and sealing all the gaps.

Ashton took the easy path with finish sanding. We decided to lock in the club's green credentials and the top is now finished in a coconut oil and beeswax sealer. Easy to maintain, just buff it with some of the wax from time to time.

Otaihape's AGM and Work Party is the weekend of 14 Marc and we would love to see you there!

More a gatherig of friends than a scarey business meeting, the club's AGM helps us set direction for the year and longer, and gives everyone an opportunity to get closer to the club's management. We welcome members who are just interested, and especially members who think they would like ot contribute as an officer or committee member.

Work Party this year is nothing heavy - we expect to do a thorough clean and make sure everything is operational for a great 2026 season. Family are welcome as long as they can hold and operate a broom.

Accommodation is at no cost for the weekend, just book using hte club's booking system and you will get a 100% discount invoice.
