For ages 5-14years.
This year Coach Nays will be integrating Boxing, Kettlebells and Dumbells.

We're not building muscle. They can grow up first.
We're not building mobility. They already have it.
We're building character, confidence and comraderie.

On Saturday 6th Dec, I had the honour and privilege to see my girl step up for her L1 ZUU certification online with master trainer, ZUU creator, Nathan Helberg.
So much more than just fitness.💯
But of course this is ZUU!🦍🔥

Nays, being the student she always was, eager to learn and understand, soaked it all in, including the drills! You know.Nays..she smashed it!
Sub 4min drills ..under 3min🔥🔥🔥

AMRAP after our warm up KB set, and.a partnered Finisher. was solid team.🔥💯
..and then.. the real Finisher led by Rani, got us banging out the 100 Kicksits 10x10 partners.

She didn't want.any Huha.. but..she's.not the boss of me!🤪🤣.. fact is she deserves every ounce of this huha!! Karlee-Anne Rikiau ❤️
A couple.of weeks back, Bud headed for Akld to start a new journey, together with Shaq and her babies.

So after 8 years, side by side, doing ZUU/Ankorr, we said goodbye!🙋‍♀️😭😭😭
We started on a school field, just us, a whanau.
Then to HH red shed, Tainui School, then ZOOM ZUU, the Farm ZUU, SW Event Centre,.Gym56, and now home .
It's been a journey in itself.. with Bud our coach,.leader,.and Certified.Partner there for it all!!💯

So many classes,.so many people,.so many never came back!😬😭😂...what did you do!🤣..so many memories! 🔥🔥

We acknowledge and thank our girl.for her years of commitment and sacrifice to us and our ZUU community! 🙏
BUT the circle will never be the same..I'll be ok.🤦‍♀️😂
