Got challenged to do the following:
Part 1.
▪︎2km run
▪︎10 burpees with knee tuck
▪︎1km run
▪︎20 kick sits
▪︎2km run
▪︎20 prone get ups
▪︎1km run
▪︎20 jump lunges
▪︎4km run
Part 2 coming up soon. 6Km to 10km was just mental toughness session. Never ran 10km before but happy i did it. And finish with a cold swim @ 1°c.
