Could it be time to break free from “all or nothing” thinking? 👀
You know that rebellion spirit that taps you on the shoulder when you miss a day and says, “Oh f* it! I give up! I’ll start again next week...!” 😫
What would happen if you resisted the urge to throw your hands up and give up today? 🤔
What if you did something tiny that kept you a LITTLE bit on track?
Instead of doing it “all” or doing “nothing”, what if you did SOMEthing in alignment with your goals?
A shorter walk? An easier workout?
How would you feel after that? How would you feel tomorrow? How would you feel next Monday?
If you only ever expect yourself to do a “full” workout, how often will you realistically do it?
What if you gave yourself plenty of room and flexibility to move in a way that matches your time and energy levels each day?
