NEW ADULTS LEARN TO SKATE CLASS!

Have you always wanted to learn to skate? Or maybe you're an old hand who'd love somewhere to skate without having to spend the whole session watching the kids? 😜

We've decided it's time to give the adults some skating time of their own! 🙌

Join us for our new Adults Only Learn to Skate class!

📅 Starting Tuesday 22nd September
⏰ 7:00pm
📍 South Canterbury Speed Skating Club
💰 $5 per session

Whether you're a complete beginner, getting back on skates after years away, or already know your way around a pair of skates — all abilities are welcome!

Great for fitness
Great for fun
And definitely a great excuse to get out and skate!

Bring your own skates and helmet, or borrow a pair of ours.

🌧️ Weather permitting: If we have to postpone due to wet weather, the first session will be Tuesday 29th September.

So leave the kids at home, dust off those skates and come have some fun! 😁

Adults only. All abilities welcome. Come and give it a go!

👧🧑 Ages 5 and up
💰 $3 per session — and your FIRST SESSION IS FREE! 🎉
You can bring your own skates and helmet, or borrow a pair of ours to give it a go.
🧤 Gloves are recommended
👨‍👩‍👧 A parent/guardian is required to stay during the session.
☔ Wet weather: If the weather doesn't play ball, we'll postpone to Sunday 27th September.
Come along, have some fun, make new friends and discover the excitement of speed skating! 💨
No experience needed — just bring yourself and give it a go! ❤️

A huge congratulations to our awesome skaters who headed over to Brisbane to represent our club! 🇳🇿🇦🇺
Every one of them skated their hearts out, put in some fantastic performances, and most importantly, had an amazing time both on and off the track. We couldn't be prouder of how they represented South Canterbury Speed Skating Club.
A big thank you to Brisbane for being such wonderful hosts. We had a blast!
