What a day!! Congrats to all our knightmma/Tsunami fam that competed yesterday and also made the podium. Its Typical that the kids that give me my grey hairs absolutely smashed it yesterday. Lil punks, Wait till monday 🤣. So proud of you guys.

Thankyou to coach Sylvie and lil wayne for pushing the kids to develop their skills at training and coach Sylvie for helping me corner yesterday. 🙌

Thanks coach Josh for helping me corner the bigger kids yesterday and all you do inside and outside the gym bro. Putting everyone else first. Legend.

Well done again to our first time jits competitors and parents for a big day. You all did well 👏. Ma and sis for the feed 🫰 onto the next one.
