After some queries from tonight's games and last weeks games, please see the attached photo for some clarification around Interference with Shot.
Main note from this: A player may NOT shake the goalpost when a shooter is attempting a shot at goal.
Should this occur, a penalty pass would be awarded and the infringing player must remain out of play.
If the shot is successful, goal is counted and you will move the next centre pass.
* Whether unintentional or deliberate, the outcome is still the same *

Volunteer of the Month is back for 2026, thanks to our friends at WM New Zealand.

From coaches and umpires to scorers, team managers and sideline supporters, volunteers are the heartbeat of our game and now’s the chance to celebrate the people making a difference in your netball community.

Centres can nominate outstanding volunteers each month from May to August, with winners recognised and rewarded for the impact they make behind the scenes.
