Team - we’ve got a brand-new 6-week challenge on the horizon, and it’s already filling up fast, with just 4 spots to go! You pick the goal, and our expert Personal Trainer Emma will help you achieve it. The challenge features program development & walkthrough, commitment expectations, and weekly 30-minute check-ins. You’ll have access to the Club, group training classes, a dedicated group chat, three detailed body scans, and exclusive access to a Friday morning Challenge HIIT class. Plus there are great achievement-based prizes up for grabs. Prep week starts Monday 27 July, and the challenge runs from 03 August - 11 September.
