What’s up team!? We start the week of April 20th. You’ve got options! 2 dance classes and 1 cardio/strength/balance class. Let me know which one you’re coming to. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Hey Team, we’ve got a new class. It’s a 45min. Class on Fridays at the Temuka United Football Club. We will be doing cardio, strength, balance and more. All you need to do is confirm your attendance with me and bring a yoga mat, or something similar for ground work. Because this is a new class I’m offering bring a friend for free, so you and a friend can attend for only $15. I’m offering this for the next 2 classes so best to get in and attend while it lasts. For those who already attend my classes you will get that special too, and you can use the concession cards you already have.
