My own journey is what inspired me to help others. I have gained my Personal Training Certificate and Reps registration. I struggled with prioritising my own health and fitness. By over eating and lack of exercise I gained alot of weight, I was obese and it was time

for change. By making small changes to my lifestyle and making it a priority I lost 47kgs. AB Fitness offers that personal touch whatever your needs are. I know how hard it is to get started. I am here to work with you whether its weight loss, muscle gain, coming back from injury or improving your fitness get in touch.

Reaching out to all my amazing clients and community to let you all know that the Co Lab is closing. Unfortunately our small business couldn't continue with the increase in operational costs. Our last day is the 2nd of May when our lease expires. What this means for AB Fitness is I won't be operating. Hopefully just for a short while until I get set up at home.
