Alice is a passionate and enthusiastic trail runner, adventure racer and fast packer.
Through her active evolvement in these sport and her popular social media account; Alice strives to inspire and motivate others to pursue their passions, hit the hills and embrace the outdoors.
Plus teach you all the dos and donβts along the way from her own personal experiences.

Project Wellbeing is a collaboration between The Colab Wellbeing Hubsβs Personal Trainer & Accountability Coach Aimee Baird, Mental & Emotional Wellbeing Coach Tenika Reihana and Pinnacle Performance Integrated Wellness & Performance Studio's Hugh Slobbe.
They bring a range of expertise and personal experience in supporting all areas of wellbeing.
Together they find a variety of ways to increase the Overall Wellbeing of our community through working with Workplaces, Families and Individuals.
