Te Waitere Boat Club Welcome to Te Waitere Boat Club's official page! Our club proudly homes traditional Whaleboats which are still used recreationally.

Whaleboats have been on Kawhia Harbour for over 100 years. Aiming to keep you updated on upcoming events and general info. Open every Friday night, year round, from 6pm. Meals by Christine are available between 6pm-8.30pm. Come on down for dinner, a game of pool, watch the rugby and catch up with your community!

This Thursday, 28 May, we have the opportunity to farewell our life member Cliff Hubbard.
There will be a short service at the cemetery on Boot Hill at 10.30 am to place a plaque on the wall for Cliff and Agnes. The boat club will open from 11 am for light refreshments.
