💥 NEW CLASS! Calisthenics / Street Workout Classes (11 years+) 💥 - Starting next Friday (29th May) with Project Calisthenics NZ!

This is bodyweight training at its best — strength, control, and determination. Calisthenics combines strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination using movements like pull-ups, push-ups, core holds, jumps, and dynamic skills.

🥧 Te Puke Gymsport Fundraiser 🥧

Support Te Puke Gymsport while stocking up on delicious Bake Shack pies! We have both family size and snack size pies available. Funds raised will go towards new equipment and equipment repairs for our members and programmes.

Order forms were handed out in classes last week, if you missed out grab one this week, or you can place your order by emailing: [email protected]

📍 Orders will be ready for collection from the club on Thursday 4th June in the afternoon

Our whanau gym is still on today, but due to our ever so popular Kids Night Out, we will only be doing 1 hour 4-5pm.
For those aged 5+ stay after play for 3 hours of fun, food and a movie! Only $10 a ticket, with a concession stand available for dinner options to purchase.
