BUILT FROM WITHIN

It’s great to talk about how we feel. But sometimes talking only gets us so far.

There can be a bodyguard, a wall, something protecting what sits underneath. And when we hit that wall, the answer is often:

“I don’t know.”

That’s where I like to work differently.

Through conversation, breathwork and movement, we create space, quiet some of the noise and give ourselves an opportunity to look a little deeper.

I’m not here to tell you who you are or fix you.

You’re the expert on you.

Maybe there are just a few things blocking the path.

Let’s get curious about them.

Breathwork - The breathe is our life force, we use the breath to change our state and dig a little deeper into ourselves. Unlocking some deeper awareness or just finding that moment of peace you are searching for.
