Hi all.... a little more info about the fitness sessions I run:
They are at 6am Monday and Thursday at Taipari Strand playground and 9am Friday at Te Atatu Park.
All fitness levels, zero to hero, are welcome.
The cost is $10 for regulars ($100 for 10 sessions) or $12 for casual.
