🚨OFFICIAL WHAKAMANA HAUORA MERCH

We’ve been working behind the scenes on something exciting — our new Whakamana Hauora logo and merch design!

As you may know, some of our members have registered for the Mātātoa Māori CrossFit comp, being held in Hamilton on the 10th & 11th October.

Mātātoa is a huge milestone for our gym, and we wanted to align the release of our new logo and merch design with this kaupapa. It gives our competitors the opportunity to represent Whakamana Hauora at a national level, while also giving our wider gym whānau and community the chance to wear and tautoko our gym.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: The merch design shown is a mock-up only. The original Whakamana Hauora logo/design will be used on the final merch. The mock-up is to show the positioning, placement and overall look of the design on the garments.

This merch order is PRE-ORDER ONLY and we are working with a tight production timeline. We need to confirm our numbers and sizes by tomorrow night, with the final order being submitted Tuesday morning.

Production is expected to take 6 weeks, which will bring us to around the week before Mātātoa — perfect timing for our competitors heading to Hamilton.

⚠️ Please note: We don’t have final pricing confirmed yet. However, we anticipate that each item will cost no less than $65, so please keep this in mind before placing your pre-order.

📣 PĀNUI UPDATE ~ TIMETABLE CHANGES 📣

Throughout August, Whakamana Hauora is proud to support the incredible mahi led by Manaaki Matakaoa by running a weekly afternoon Steps Class every Monday to help participants reach their goals for Daffodil Day steps challenge. 🌼

A few changes to our August timetable:

• Strength Class and Kori Kids are paused from now and will return in September. Date TBC

• Step class will commence on Monday 3rd August at 4.00PM. (make sure to have a step counting device)

• 6AM CLUB will run Wednesdays and Thursdays only, with both sessions being Circuit Training.

Join us for a 6-week strength challenge designed to help you build confidence, increase your 1RM chest press, and train alongside your little one.

Each 1-hour session includes:
