Great energy and focus from everyone at training tonight. It's fantastic to see every student giving their best and continuing to improve with each session.

Last night saw Tommy put through his paces in his black belt grading, he demonstrated a high level of skill and technique that he should be very proud of. It wouldn’t have been easy with all the black belts observing his grading. Overall it was a very good grading to watch.
