Our ethos really centres around the flexibility to make Pilates a consistent part of your routine, with expert guidance there when you need it.

There are no minimum contracts, no late cancellation fees if you realise you can’t make it or need to reschedule and the freedom to move your membership up or down (2 a week, unlimited, add a pod or two) as life’s seasons roll in. You can book your session just minutes before and add on a guest if you want to come with a friend.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, favourite the exercise and our in-house physio or Pilates instructor with a sport and exercise science degree can come and meet you to provide guidance.

Bureta road is open (just for a week we heard through the grape vine) so if you would like to come and try an on demand session and be able to park right outside, this is your week 🤍
