Your current flexibility and mobility is the way it is because of the story you tell yourself and the emotional state you associate with it.
I'm not flexible = Stretching hurts (pain) and mobility work is boring (frustration).
OR
I've always had tight hips = I feel unsafe stretching because it makes me unstable through my area.
These are two simple examples of how this might sound.
Here is the process I learnt many years ago from Tony Robbins that will influence your results
ššššš - šššØš«š² - ššš«šššš š²
Focus on the process in this order:
ššššš - how you feel emotionally & energetically
šššØš«š² - what you tell yourself based on how you feel
ššš«šššš š² - the actions & behaviours that are driven from your state & story.
Once you can understand this then you can start to apply to the behaviours your want to implement or change.
