What a weekend at Oceanview Speedway, Whanganui! 🏁

Day 1
• Race 1: Grid 12 → Finished 14th
• Race 2: Grid 25 → Finished 18th
• Race 3: Grid 4 → Finished 4th

With those results, we qualified for Day 2 in Tier 2 and also qualified 10th out of 40-something girls for the Girls Challenge race. No damage to the car, and I got better and more comfortable with the track as the night went on.

Day 2
• Race 1: Grid 1 → Finished 19th
Led the race for the first two laps before being hit and spun by another car.
• Race 2: Grid 12 → DNF
Started on the outside grid in the middle. The track was insanely wet and I got pushed up the wall and over in the first corner off the green. A bit of damage was done to the car, but the crew worked hard and managed to fix it so I could get back out for races 3 and 4.
• Race 3: Grid 26 → Finished 20th
• Race 4 (Girls Challenge): Grid 10 → Finished 14th out of 24 reaching my fastest laptime of both nights.

Day two was hectic and eventful. The ruts both nights were insane, causing the majority of crashes, and the amount of water put on the track made it feel like driving in a pool.

Even though day two didn’t turn out how we were hoping, I still had an awesome time and was just happy to be out racing with friends in Whanganui for the first time. Now it’s time for the car to hit the shed for some adjustments and repairs.

Lastnight at Ocean Veiw Speedway Whanganui qualified for tonights racing in Tier 2 and the girls challenge.
hoping the weather stays good will post results after tonight for both nights. 🏎️

Our weekend at paradise valley speedway Rotorua

Race 1
Grid 1 placed 11th lead the race most the way until spun by another car.

Race 2
grid 7 elyssa was doing really well got up to 2nd and then on the red light she had to reverse to let the tractor in for a crash infront of her and she had knocked her bottoms belts off which meant her pulling off resulting in a dnf

Race 3
Grid 10 placing 8th

she drove really well and she was happy with how she went we also changed the whole car around replacing the sway bar, adjusting suspension and replacing shocks so it was a whole different set up to drive.

next weekend we are hopefully in whanganui for the ministock 5000 if the weather holds out, will try our best to keep everyone updated!

good weekend at waharoa speedway, first time racing with the As for the ctra club championship and did exceptional.
Race 1 Grid 6 finished 6th out of 12
Race 2 grid 7 finished 8th out of 12
with good results we qualified for the last race of the day.
starting grid 15 and finishing 15th out of 16
for a first time with the A’s we are happy with our results and can only keep getting better.

we also had Paige Coxhead racing in the 94R for the B group and placing 3rd overall on the podium.
apparently my bumper needed some character development so after Paige’s first race had finished she decided to introduce it to the wall😆
she drove exceptionally well and did well to adjust to the car.

we had some help to push the bumper back out and got it done quickly to get out for my next race thanks to Steven Pattle and Brendon Layne and everyone else who helped!

shoutout to 88R Ruby Layne and 149R Paige R for getting there first chequered flags as well you guys done amazing!!!

heading to waharoa speedway today for the ctra A-ministock club champs, moved up from the b’s and racing with the A’s today.
competing against some pretty fast cars so will be a good eye opener.
