Our Story

Being from a family of 4 girls, we have all loved our dancing since we were kids. Now busy mums, we love getting out of the house in the evenings to let loose and enjoy a bit of dance therapy!

We really don’t care what you look like when you dance or how many left feet you have, as long as you’re having fun and getting a sweat on, then we’ve done our job. So let go of your inhibitions, come along and have a go - your first time is free so you have nothing to loose!
