Training Capoeira Casa do Engenho TAURANGA

INSTRUCTION + FUNDAMENTALS

From the first day, notions, concepts and practices of music and fundamentals that commands the Roda de Capoeira will be taught. Berimbau + pendero + atabaques + palmas + other percussion instruments will be used.

HEATING + ELONGATION

The class begins with a series of warming and elongation to avoid injuries

MOVEMENTS + IMPROVISATION

The different movements of Capoeira, will be taught and used together with their partners in harmony.

JOGO RODA

It ends by putting into practice the knowledge learned in class with roda
