🚨🚨Do you have want it takes to take your training to the next level? 🚨🚨

I am look for 2 athletes to sponsor with a fully personalised training program for 2 full months. This will include warm ups, strength work, conditioning, and specific accessories to take you to the next level. As well as the program you will receive feed back on videos uploaded, a weekly check in video, and the support you need to get you to your goals!

🚨Competitors training camp🚨

Hey team I will be running a competitors training camp on the 30th (April)- 1st (May).
This is open to anyone who wants to or is doing competitions. We will do 3 work outs on the Saturday, and 2 on the Sunday. Going over how to break down workouts, and approach them the best way for you, we will go over movement standards and what judges will be looking for. We will also be doing a pair and team work out to learn how to work as a team. Any and all levels will benefit from this. Learn how to eat around competition day and what to eat on the day. Also doing some video analysis for weight lifting and gymnastics.

🔑Key info:
When: 30th April 11:30am-2pm, 1st May 6-7am/10am-11:30am
Where: Mount Crossfit
Cost: $45 per person

🧐 What’s sexy about burpees and kettlebell swings? 🧐

To be honest not much, and there is nothing wrong with that. I hear a lot of people wanting to do work outs with handstand walks and muscle ups, heavy power cleans, or going RX+. Well those moments are fun to do, don’t forget to make room in your program for our movements like burpees and kettlebells swings that give us the foundation to our strength and conditioning so we can do the sexy movements.

Wod: 7min amrap
3 kb swings
3 burpees
24 double unders
6 kb swings
6 burpees
24 double unders
Keep adding 3 reps each round

Train smarter, not harder.

🤯 Wall walks 😤
I know that wall walks aren’t a movement that is in my “wheel house”. When ever I see this movement in a work out I don’t see it as a bad work out for me I look at it as an opportunity to work on a skill, a chance to be better then I was yesterday.

Don’t be sour, turn it into a superpower 🤸🏻‍♂️

💪🏼Personal training sessions 💪🏼

Hey team 🙋🏻‍♂️

Now that we are out of full lock down it’s time to start working on those goals again. YAY!

I have 3 spots available for some 1 on 1 personal training sessions.

These sessions are great for:
- Working on and progressing in a skill (hello gymnastics)
- Skill specific strength
- Personalised mobility (eg: to help gymnastics and Olympic lifting positioning)
- Personalised workouts to address specific needs and goals

These will be as packages with homework so you can get the most out of your time in gym each time you show up.

The aim is to get you to moving more efficiently, push harder, and bring you to your next level.
