Huge congratulations to Luke for winning Gold at the Wellington Regional Championships.

As the youngest member of our team, Luke continues to impress with his hard work, courage, and commitment to improvement. From earning our program's first-ever medal to now collecting another regional title, he's setting a fantastic example and building an incredible legacy.

Well done, Luke—we're proud of you and excited to see what's next! 🤼💪

Wrestling training is on every Monday and Wednesday, 6:30pm–8:00pm. New members are always welcome!

🏅 GOLD FOR LUKE! 🏅

A huge congratulations to Luke for winning gold at the North Island Championships!

Not only was Luke the sole representative from our club brave enough to step onto the mat this weekend, but he has also continued to build on the legacy of our wrestling program. After earning our club's first-ever championship medal, Luke has now achieved another milestone by bringing home our first-ever gold medal.

It's been incredible to watch Luke's growth over the past few months. His commitment, courage, and willingness to challenge himself have paid off, and this result is thoroughly deserved. As coach, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing young athletes develop confidence in themselves and discover what they're capable of. We're excited to see how far Luke can go and what he can achieve in the years ahead.

Luke's success is also a reminder that we have a great group of athletes coming through our program. We have wrestlers of all ages, sizes, and experience levels who are working hard and aspiring to become champions in their own right.

If you've ever been curious about wrestling, now is a great time to come and check out a class. Whether you're looking to compete, improve your fitness, learn self-defence, or simply challenge yourself, we'd love to have you join us.
