Over the past few weeks, we’ve been sharing glimpses of something we’ve been quietly creating.

Some partnerships begin with a business plan.
Others begin with shared values.

Ours began with a conversation about creating meaningful experiences that stay with people long after they leave.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of getting to know the team at The Farm. It quickly became clear that we share a common vision: creating spaces where people can slow down, connect deeply, learn with purpose, and leave transformed.

Today, we’re proud to share the result of that shared vision.

From January 2027, Asia Pacific Yoga will be offering our Residential 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Farm , Northland.

This isn’t a new direction for APY—it’s a natural extension of everything we’ve believed in from the very beginning.

The same intimate training experience we’re known for.

"Maybe I'll do a yoga teacher training one day... when I'm more flexible."

Over the years, we've spoken to countless people who were interested in yoga teacher training but felt they weren't good enough yet.

The funny thing? Many of our graduates felt exactly the same way before they enrolled.

One of our students, Sarah, joined our training after practising yoga for only six months. She almost didn't sign up because she felt everyone else would be more experienced than her.

Today she teaches yoga twice a week and has led several retreats.

Yoga teacher training isn't about arriving with all the answers. It's about showing up with curiosity and a willingness to learn.

A truly transformative experience — not just physically, but mentally too 🤍

In this video, one of our recent students Jayne Pearce of the UK, shares her journey through Asia Pacific Yoga’s YTT — from learning how to teach step by step (from introductions to closing a class), to building the confidence to lead a full 60-minute practicum by the end.

With supportive, highly experienced instructors, a comfortable learning environment, and a group of students who quickly became like family… this yoga teacher training became so much more than just a course.
