As we head off to our annual conference this year in Christchurch, we have our fingers crossed for our crane operator, Jackson Ralph, who has been selected as a finalist in this year's Trainee of the Year Award at the annual crane awards which will be held on Wednesday night. We are super proud of how far you have come over the last two years, Jackson - developing into an exceptional crane operator with a fantastic attitude and a passion for the industry. We definitely think you deserve to win the award.
