BASIC STRAPPING COURSE – OPEN TO EVERYONE!

We’re lucky to have Dillon Lal, Owner & Founder of Ignite Physio, coming down from Auckland to share his knowledge and teach some practical, hands on strapping skills.

Whether you’re a coach, manager, player, parent, trainer or just keen to learn, this is for you! You’ll learn the basics of strapping common areas including knees, shoulders and ankles.

We know 4pm can be tricky with work, so don’t let that stop you, come along when you finish, even if you’re late!
