Some of you guys ask for tips on meal prep and dieting. There's a couple of approaches to take. The main thing I would suggest is to plan your grocery shop and keep it easy.
You can make a big multi portion meal at the start of the week and divide it out into containers. Or to have more variety, this lady gives a good summary of how you can prep lots of ingredients and just pull together different combinations throughout the week without having to cook each meal :)

This will be our last week of classes before the Winter months. πŸ’”
With daylight saving changes and temperatures getting cooler, bootcamp outdoors is just a bit trickier!
Will look to start up again later in Spring. β˜€οΈ

I'm sad to have to stop classes with our amazing crew for a few months as you're all making such great progress!..So to help you keep your healthy habits up πŸ’ͺ🏼, I've reached out to Monique (Monz) who is an awesome local PT and friend of mine. She runs similar style bootcamps in Beach Haven with indoor locations and she'd love to invite you to join her! :D

Will chat to you guys at bootcamp this week about the options for you to try some of her classes over winter and she will call in to say hi on Thursday.

To extend it, do a 10min warm up with some cardio (fast walk or jog) and finish with some core work, like our favourite planks ;)

Hey Team! Unfortunately I tested positive for Covid-19 today so I won't be able to run classes this week.
I don't think the contagious timeframe overlaps with any of our classes we had last week but best to get tested if you feel symptoms.❀️

In the meantime, here's some workouts you can do from home. Why not enjoy the nicer weather and take your mat outdoors! β˜€οΈ

There's 3 styles of workouts here, all targeting different types of fitness πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯:
- Power
- Endurance
- Strength
- Cardio
- Agility

Try all three and push yourself harder each round. Add more or less reps depending on your fitness level and reach out if you have any questions!
