What an incredible way to wrap up our challenge, surrounded by the best community at our challenge party 🎉

More than just a gym, Paradise is a place where people come together to support, encourage, and push each other to be their best. Over the past 8 weeks, we’ve seen so much hard work, commitment, growth, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Our challenge party was the perfect reminder that this community is what makes Paradise Gym so special. Celebrating everyone’s efforts, wins (big and small), and the friendships built along the way. It’s never just about the results; it’s about the people beside you helping you get there.

We are so lucky to have such an epic crew here in Tairua and Pauanui. The best community, the best support, and a gym that feels like family 🫶

Here’s to celebrating the hard work and continuing to show up for ourselves and each other 💪

8 weeks. Countless workouts. Early mornings. Sore legs. Team banter. Showing up when it felt hard. And WOW… the results speak for themselves 👏

From the standings before scans to the final leaderboard — this challenge had twists, comebacks and serious determination right to the very end 🤯

The Overall results for our 8 WEEK CHALLENGE…..

These numbers don’t lie… and WOW, how incredible is this?! So proud of every single person who showed up, stayed consistent, pushed through the hard days, and committed to themselves over the last 8 weeks. 💪

⁃ 30.3KG MUSCLE GAINED

The results speak for themselves but beyond the numbers, it’s the habits built, confidence gained, strength improved, and goals smashed that make this challenge so special.

Today marks the final day of points for our 8 week challenge, tomorrow the champions are crowned, we can’t wait to celebrate with you 🙌🏼

Saturday night we will recognise lots of people, not just challenge results but also member of the year of each gym, rookie of the year of each gym, spirit of the gym of each gym etc - so be sure to come down & support the incredible movement that we are all creating together at Paradise Gym that every single one of us is part of 🩷💫 also we have extra dress up props for anyone in need 🕺🏽🪩⛷️

Dancing is the best to boost mood, increase energy levels, improve cardiovascular fitness, and reduce stress. Watching the sunrise, helps regulate your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle and also your wellbeing, sooooo this is BEST way to start the day! Good vibes, great music 🙌🏼✨🔥
