Hi Everyone
Due to the closing of the McQueen School of Dance Studio. We have a dancewear up for sale.
Ballet, Character, Tap, Jazz & Hip Hop Gear, New and 2nd hand.
We will be at the studio this Saturday & Sunday 1st & 2nd February from 10am - 2pm.
Cash Sales only.
Come and get your children sorted for the 2025 dancing year.
Studio is situated End of Rauma Road,Taihape next to St Joseph's School. The old Taihape College Site, entrance round by round about.

Morning Everyone
We have come to an end of another year of dancing, was so great to see parents, grandparents, caregivers and siblings come and enjoy our students last dance lesson for the year, so sad not to have an end of year recital in these challenging times but it was great to be able to show what the students learn in class time. Thankyou to all our amazing students.
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Enjoy your holidays with your families💗
Keep up the dancing and we look forward to seeing you all in 2022.

Morning Everyone
Well who would have guessed it Level 4 again.
As we are home safe in our bubbles Dancing is on hold till further notice.

Ballet, Tap & Character Students please keep up the practice as Exams are meant to be held on the 2nd September, but at this stage this date will probable change. We will keep you updated once we know more.

On a brighter note Jazz and Hip Hop Exams were held at the end of June.
CONGRATULATIONS to all the students 100% pass rate. Well Done so proud of you all.

Congratulations to all the students that performed their Jazz & Hip Hop Exams today, you all presented yourselves well, so a big thankyou to you all, we look forward to getting the results soon.

Well done to all our Jazz and Hip Hop Students for your Mock Exams yesterday you all did so well. you have all worked hard and your dancing is excellent so make the most of the next 3 day to perfect your syllabus work and smiles, ready for the real Exams on Wednesday. A special mention to Una Drayton who is sitting her Major Exam- Intermediate. We wish you all the best and see you this week for your last lesson.

Afternoon Everyone
Hope you have had a fantastic weekend, Looking ahead we have our Jazz Exams on Wednesday 30th June so not far away only 2 lessons left so please get lots of practice in, as these next 2 lessons are just for going through the work.
Mock Exams next Saturday, please check your times, make sure you are at the studio 5-10 mins earlier.

Hi Everyone
Its been a while since we have posted, We hope you are all enjoying the School Holidays.
What a great Term One we had, very busy and great to see a lot of new faces.
Looking forward to Term 2 with Jazz & Hip Hop Exams in June then Ballet, Character & Tap Exams to follow later in Term 3.
